How do I create a Routine Cleaning and Sanitation Account?

When you book a service, an account is established for you automatically. Simply set up your account, select a password, and you’re good to go. Alternatively, go to https://routinecleaningandsanitation.launch27.com/login to create and log into your account.

Do you service my area?

We are servicing Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia.

What is included in standard cleaning?

Everything that goes into cleaning a house or apartment is included in standard cleaning. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, and more services are available for add-ons, such as cleaning inside the refrigerator and inside the oven, which may be specified on the booking form when selecting service.

How much will it cost?

The number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your house determines the price. When you select a number for each category, the price is shown on the booking page right away.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We carry our own cleaning supplies, however if you have any specific demands, please let us know and we would do our best to satisfy you. Alternatively, if you like, we may utilize green products. If you prefer green cleaning services, please let us know so we can prepare accordingly.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Yes, you can. Just reply to your confirmation email or go into your account and leave any remarks you’d want to be included in your service.

How do I log into my account?

How do I reset my password?

On the event that you forgot your password, you can always send a request to reset your password. Log in to your account at https://routinecleaningandsanitation.launch27.com/login and click “Forgot Password,” then enter your email address to proceed to a password reset page.

How do I change my address?

You can update your address on file by logging into your account at https://routinecleaningandsanitation.launch27.com/login.

How do I change my credit card?

You can update your credit card on file by logging into your account at https://routinecleaningandsanitation.launch27.com/login. Your new card will become your primary card automatically.

How do I book my first appointment?

You can book your first appointment by simply going to our booking page, https://routinecleaningandsanitation.com/booking-page/. If you need any further assistance, you can give us a call at 240-312-8585.

Pricing & Policies

How can I view my Routine Cleaning and Sanitation credits?

By logging in into your account and clicking your name in the top right-hand corner, you can apply voucher to a future appointment. Then choose “redeem voucher” and type in your code. The code will be applied to your next appointment automatically by the system. You will not be able to use your coupon for appointments that are already completed.

Can I apply coupon to an existing appointment?

Absolutely. Simply type your discount (gift card) code into the booking form as you make your reservation. Your final price will be adjusted to reflect the value stated on your coupon. You may check the balance of any gift cards you have at any moment by logging into your account.

Why are vouchers for first time customer only?

We are offering incentives and discounts for our clients specially when they acquire cleaning services on a regular basis.

I bought a voucher and Routine Cleaning and Sanitation does not cover my area, what should I do?

Give us a call and we will issue a refund.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Yes, we undergone a series of background check in order to provide you the best cleaning professional that can accommodate your cleaning needs.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

We’ll put things right if something goes wrong. Please let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll take care of it. That is our assurance to you!

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes! We have three levels of security in place. First, our booking page is protected by an Extended Validation (EV) SSL Certificate. Second, our booking form has its own layer of 256-bit security. And third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe, which also provides its own AES-256 security protocol. Our system does not keep any credit card information (only a token that allows us to charge the card). You may rest certain that we take security very seriously.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

They certainly do. As the final step in our pre-screening process, we conduct a comprehensive nationwide background check on all applicants.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We will come out and re-clean your space again if you are not satisfied with your cleaning (within a 7-day window). We’ll return your money if you don’t think we performed a good enough job to suggest us to your friends or relatives.

What is your refund policy?

Please let us know if something does not meet your expectations. We’ll dispatch a crew to rectify the situation (within 24 hours). If you’re still unhappy with our service following our re-clean, we’ll give you a full refund.
