Refund and Cancellation Policy Page

  • Refunds
    Routine Cleaning and Sanitation LLC (RC) does not offer refunds. If a client is unhappy with a service provided by RC, the problem must be reported to us within 24 hours of the service being completed. Once we’ve established that the claim is legitimate, RC will reach out to you in regards to your cleaning. In the event of a miscommunication of the cleaning type (post construction, more rooms than specified, more cleaning than specified, and any other changes to the scope of work originally agreed upon at the time of booking) RC will evaluate the case and provide the best remedy to the issue at the time. In the event of any unsatisfactory results as a result of improper communication of the client’s part, RC holds no liability in any additional price changes due to the withheld information. All transactions are protected by the terms and conditions agreement and any and all responses, messages and paperwork will be used to litigate anyone who violates them.
  • Reschedules
    In the event you would have to reschedule your cleaning, you may do so without a reschedule fee of $100 by alerting RC before 24 hours of your initial scheduled cleaning. Any reschedules made after 24 hours of your cleaning will result in a reschedule fee of $100. Please reschedule your cleaning more than 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations
    When booking, the terms of service is that any cancellation after 24 hours notice will have a cancellation fee of $100. Any services cancelled prior to 24 hours will not have a cancellation fee. In order to ensure no cancellation fee please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance.
